"Rosemary was great! I get overwhelmed with too many options, so she started by asking me questions about what I liked and we went from there. She knows what would look good then laid out plenty, but not too many, options for the custom piece. Jake and Gage delivered my furniture, they were so professional and KIND! My furniture is too smart for my old brain so they took the time to show me how to operate it and answered questions for me. My experience with CFO was great and I definitely will be back as we finish the house refresh. 5 stars!"

"We had an amazing experience at Cumberland furniture outlet in Somerset, KY. I was greeted at the door with a cold drink and so many options that matched what I was looking for. Matt was great to work with. We purchased a beautiful sectional and matching recliner for a great price! The delivery process was fantastic. I was shopping on a Saturday and everything was delivered and set up by Monday morning. We will definitely be repeat customers!"
